Refund Policy

This policy is issued by Hesperos Ltd (company number SC890459), trading as Sweepup, and applies to all purchases of access to thesweepup.com.

We offer a full refund on any purchase, provided both of the following conditions are met:

• The refund is requested within 14 days of the purchase date.
• The World Cup group stage has not yet begun.

Once the tournament has started, the service is considered fully consumed and no refund can be issued under this voluntary policy. This does not affect any non-excludable statutory rights you may have under UK law.
