No. Employees join by visiting a link and entering a display name and password. No email address, no app download, no sign-up flow. Most of your team will be playing within the first ten minutes.
Exact-score predictions earn the most points. A correct result (win/draw/loss) earns fewer. Stage multipliers apply for the knockouts. Calculated automatically when each match result is confirmed — admins don't enter scores.
Yes. Share the league code at any time. Late joiners start from zero, so early participation is rewarded, but anyone can join mid-tournament. The leaderboard re-ranks automatically.
Paste an Incoming Webhook URL from your channel or workspace into the admin settings. Sweepup sends pre-match reminders and result notifications automatically. Configure one or both — it takes a minute.
We follow the official tournament schedule. If a match is postponed, predictions stay valid until the new kick-off time. If a match is cancelled outright (extremely rare at a World Cup), every prediction for that match scores zero.
Yes — on the Pro plan. Upload a logo to put it on the leaderboard, join page, and notification emails. The "Powered by Sweepup" footer comes off entirely. Standard and Starter run un-branded.
If the league hasn't started yet, email support and we refund in full, no questions asked. Once the tournament kicks off (11 June 2026) we can't refund — the service is being delivered.
Yes. No employee email or personal data is required, payment is one-time with a UK invoice, and a DPA is available on request before checkout. We're a UK Ltd, Stripe-handled payments, Supabase data residency in Europe.
