Sweepup keeps your company engaged for five straight weeks with live predictions, rankings, and office rivalry — for less than most teams spend on one lunch outing.
£15–30 per head, one afternoon, half the team can't make it. Forgotten by Monday.
£100s per head, weeks to organise, the same five people in every photo.
Daily storylines for 5 weeks, everyone joins from their desk, leaderboards update live. £49–199 total.
15 minutes with the founder. No pitch — answer what you need to know before you take it to your team.
Bigger org? We’ll quote you a custom tier with SSO, dedicated support, and a private rollout.
About 5 minutes start to finish. You need: your company name, your name + email, a password, and a tier choice (Starter / Standard / Pro by headcount). After payment, Stripe redirects you back into the admin dashboard with a league code ready to share. The prize-pot description, Pro logo upload, and per-department configuration can all be edited later in /admin/settings — none are blocking. Nothing for IT to provision; no SSO integration to configure.
That's the point. Sweepup is a prediction game, not a fantasy game — there's no squad to manage, no transfer deadlines, no players to research. Anyone can click 'Brazil to beat Cameroon' without knowing a single player on either side. The football mads in your office will probably get into it harder, but the leaderboard rewards consistency over knowledge: a few favourites plus a couple of well-timed upsets often beats picking the bookies' favourite every match. (For the 3-5 obsessives who want squad depth too, the free official FIFA Fantasy game exists separately — different product, doesn't replace this one.)
Each employee enters the league code, picks a display name, sets a password — that's it. No email click-to-verify, no SSO / Okta / Azure AD setup, no app to download. Their email is used only for their own password recovery; it's never shown to other players or used for marketing. The 'share a code in Slack' model means joining takes about 30 seconds per person, and there's nothing for IT to provision or approve.
Exact-score predictions earn the most points; a correct outcome (win / draw / loss) earns fewer; wrong predictions earn zero. Stage multipliers kick in for the knockouts — a correct Final prediction is worth more than a group-stage one. Scoring is automatic: admins don't enter results, they come from the official match feed within minutes of full-time. Predictions lock at kick-off so there's no way for a player to edit after the fact. Standard + Pro also include the Extras pack (Daily Rival, Survivor, Double Down, Big Calls) for friendly chaos on top of base scoring.
Yes — on Standard and Pro. Enable per-department leaderboards in /admin/settings, then employees pick (or get assigned) a department at signup. The leaderboard then offers two views: 'All Players' and 'Departments' (Sales vs Engineering, etc.). Useful for bigger offices where one company-wide leaderboard would be dominated by the loudest three people. Starter is single-leaderboard only.
Yes — on Pro. Upload your logo in /admin/settings and it appears on the player leaderboard, the join page, and all notification emails. The 'Powered by Sweepup' footer comes off entirely so the experience reads as first-party. Starter and Standard run un-branded with the Sweepup wordmark. For agencies running leagues on behalf of clients, Pro's white-label is what you want.
Full refund any time before the tournament kicks off (11 June 2026, 20:00 BST). Email hello@thesweepup.com and we refund within one business day, no questions asked. Once a single match has been played we can't refund — the service is being delivered. There's no subscription and no auto-renewal, so there's nothing to cancel either way.
You do. Sweepup runs the prediction league, scoring, leaderboard, and banter — but doesn't collect, hold, or distribute any prize money or rewards. The Amazon voucher, the £100, the team lunch, the bragging rights — that's between you and your team. The prize-pot text you set in /admin/settings shows on the leaderboard as motivation, but the actual handover happens off-platform. Keeps Sweepup out of payment processing for prizes, and keeps you in control of your own reward policy.
Five-minute onboarding, one shared league code, live football predictions, and company-wide World Cup rivalry from the very first matchday.
